REFUND POLICY
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and
In its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (such as food, drinks, botanical elixirs, syrups or consumables)
Intimate or sanitary goods

Flammable liquids or gases

Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Items with obvious signs of use
Media items (books, CDs, DVDs, software, vinyl, etc.) that have been opened
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary.
Contact your bank — there is often a delay before refunds are posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
