REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and

  • In its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, drinks, botanical elixirs, syrups or consumables)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Some health and personal care items

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Media items (books, CDs, DVDs, software, vinyl, etc.) that have been opened

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of:

  • Receipt of the returned item, and

  • Approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank — there is often a delay before refunds are posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
